Description
One more entry for the 'Chi' project, this character is actually not very important to the story but was a cool design prompt. I took most of inspiration from costal Japanese and Chinese clothing and aquatic colours. He is meant to be a more lax and car free character, one who expresses no worries until the going gets tough. He was actually meant to be the main protagonist at first but my friend and I decided he was too generic. Still, I kinda like this more basic design.
