Thought I would give this a try. I swapped some parts, slightly modified the gunhand so that it could sit better, then painted him up in G1 colors. I gave him the usual Krylon flat black base coat but then used Tamiya Silver Chrome paint for dry brushing instead of my usual Testors Acrylics silver. But then I had a more difficult time applying my Testors paint above the Tamiya. It gave me a different shade of purple that what I am used to. I did use multiple shades of purple to get this. It came out pretty cool but I'll have to experiment more with the paint brands. As for the Construct Bots. Garbage line. I was able to polish a turd. I only got this because I like Shockwave. Enjoy.
