finally got around to redesigning this lady!! i love her. this is marshrat's,, boss? leader? adoptive mother? idk lol.

she can shapeshift btww if anyone draws her feel free to add like 50% more eyes and wings. make her "biblically accurate", as the tiktokkers would say.

actually, interestingly enough, "biblically accurate" angels are only one type of angel -- the ophanims! highest ranked angels, said to be the (metaphorical or literal) spokes of God's chariot.

there are multiple hierarchies and appearances associated with biblical angels, with the most common media depictions being the lower ranked ones such as,, uh, simply "angels", which are definitely more humanoid and does give people the wrong idea of God's backing of divine beings. seraphim angels are often attributed to the biblically accurate label, but what most people mean when they say that is the winged rings of eyes, which is distinctly ophanim.

when applying that to other things, however, multiple sets of wings is the typical referred to feature. unless it's a cosplay, realistic rendition, ect., of a character that is either disturbing in appearance or extremely accurate to the source material, but biblically accurate isn't being used seriously in those cases so i suppose it's not relevant.

anywho, reverence is closer to the principalities in her role, but appearance-wise her shifted forms can be depicted as more seraph-like, but with the extra eyes associated with ophanims.
