"This subject was born as a M-sized turtleneck sweater with sleeves. Her face lies in the front of her body, almost as if it was a print. She uses a pin on her chest as a hair bow. While she has full control of her body, including her arms, she doesn't have enough force to move anything other than her face when she is being worn by anyone with three dimensions. Being an article of clothing often makes people realized that, due to not having enough solid body parts or being the same material all around, most DAREs, in the traditional sense, would be naked. I would like to take some time to explain how the process for Indecent Exposure Laws works in this region. Due to the way DARE anatomy works, not all of them have body parts that need to be covered or some may be part of alleged clothes. When and if a DARE can show they do not need the use of traditional clothes, like Paige, who is able to draw clothes onto herself, or in the current case of Cashmere, who is already a piece of clothing, they obtain a permit which allows them to go around in what is considered to be natural clothing. Cases like Candle or Fujita, who do not wear anything or have any part resembling clothes, are justified by not having any censorable body parts to begin with. It should be noted that, occasionally, DAREs with permits are able to wear clothes. This is mostly just a formality, or done for fun."
