Loouise, formerly just Louise, was raised in the USA, along with Kindra. She had not been identified as a gimmicky person for most of her life, yet she always unknowingly was doing mysterious "teleportation" without anyone noticing. Everyone just assumed she was a normal girl with a knack for sneaking up on others who are far away.

In truth, however, she's a girl with one of the strangest gimmicks yet: she loops around the screen. In-universe, of course, this looks pretty strange. Since screen boundaries change often, the places she loops through also do as well. However, you can always count on her looping around when she enters a set of parallel doors.

She was the only one who knew she could do this for quite some time and thought nothing of it, until one time she ran backwards in a race during middle school and got first place, not fully comprehending the rules. She moved to Raihan shortly after this, since it is much more accommodating to gimmicky girls in general.

The exact mechanics of looping in-universe are unknown, but she can loop carried objects and people. If she's only gripping something, like someone's hand or a handle to a cart, she'll loose grip of it once she loops. Generally, anything she holds that is not on the ground can loop. She also loops vertically, but unlike horizontal looping, there must be nothing blocking her path for it to work.

Drawing note: in the case she's drawn in a comic panel, she can either loop through the panel itself or just go around the entire page/image as a whole, anything works.
