OH! This looks just like a bedroom in my Nana's house! Fireplace there and the table with barley twist legs. Deep skirtings and wooden bed, but they had lino, not floorboards upstairs.
Might be a silly question, but what's the vent in the floor?

Nana Had central heating put in, and blocked in the fireplace. That's progress. Nevertheless, I'm faving this for old times sake, its lovely.
