Yeah I'll agree with h3wi3ntj4h on that comment about the eyes; the only thing you can't do anything about is if the eyes are dark brown or black. The overlay coloring won't show.
Other than that amazing work on the teeth and ear! Could you PLEASE make some sort of tutorial as how to do this? Especially the ear but I wouldn't mind some info about the fangs too. I've been working on a bit of monstrous editing myself lately so I'm quite keen on learning more

a tip i can give u for eyes colorchange: copy the original irisses on to another layer, use colorchange and then put them back
it'll look more natural!!! this looks kindof brushed!
but for the rest u did a NEAT job!!!! really realistic and everything!

It's very well done. The subtle brow work is wonderful. It seems as though you've desaturated her hair to look more grey...a nice effect. Good job!
