Appearance:
Mythril is built fairly averagely for a Mobian. She's mainly white in color, with a silver mane and tail. Her wings are light green; naturally they're white, but she dyes them because green is her favorite color. Her eyes are blue, and her muzzle is flesh-colored and has no fur.

Her typical dress consists of a dark green tank top, blue jeans, white gloves like many Mobians wear, a digital watch with a around glass face, and white-and-green Nike shoes. She often carries a notepad and pencil.

Personality:
Mythril is a little antisocial. She always worries that people see her as a freak, due to her mythological species. If you can catch her in her comfort zone, though, she's an easy person to get along with. Since becoming Ozone's lyricist, she's become somewhat more open and outgoing, but is still fairly timid and easy to intimidate; however, if the chips come down and something she values is at stake, she can be very brave. She is fairly organized, preferring to do everything by the clock, and is easily unsettled when her schedule is disrupted.

Over the years, she has had a few different hobbies. When she was in grade school, she was heavily into video games; as she got older, she transitioned into watching action flicks on TV. Two things she's always enjoyed, though, are outdoor stunt flying and writing.

Abilities:
As a winged pegasus, Mythril is not just capable of flight, but very skilled at it. She can carry a decent amount of weight, but she's specialized for agility over power or endurance. She's an excellent aerial acrobat, capable of all sorts of stunts.

Mythril is also an excellent writer of many different genres, and has a creative mind good for solving problems of all sorts.

History:
Mythril had a tough time in school from the beginning; being a mythical species meant she got a lot of attention, which in turn led to a lot of bullying. The fact that her father died in an airplane crash just compounded the situation. A tangle of emotions, Mythril used many different strategies to keep herself calm: keeping a strict personal schedule so she could maintain control of some aspect of her life, writing poetry and prose to vent her emotions, and flying to get her distance from the world, to name a few. Thankfully, her mother supported her all the way.

Not much changed as the pegasus advanced from one level of education to another. An encounter with a dragon from far away gave Mythril a desire to travel and see the world, but having a single parent meant she typically didn't have the wealth to do so. Shortly after she got out of high school, though, she got an opportunity that turned everything around. Rock musician Ozone the Pangolin was looking for a lyricist, and although Mythril wasn't familiar with Ozone's music, she applied.

As it turned out, Ozone and her agent, Copper the Bull, liked Mythril's work, in no small part because she just liked to write and wasn't blinded by fandom like most of the other applicants were. The pegasus got the job, and has been writing Ozone's lyrics ever since. Mythril enjoys the gig, in no small part because nobody in the music business seems to judge her by her species like in school.

Misc. info:
Although she's been tempted, Mythril has never hidden her wings in order to appear more normal when going out in public. Her mother talked her out of it quickly, making it clear that she needed to be proud of her identity instead of trying to hide it.

Mythril was the very first Sonic fancharacter I designed for DeviantART, and there have been many. She has something of a history, having seen use in various forms in various eras; she was used most extensively in the ChaosAngel5 era, appeared in an RP and a couple follow-ups in the Amaramis era, and then went unused until well into the lizardman22 era, when I wrote Rocking Colossal. But only now has she received anything resembling a proper profile.
