Description You're probably wondering what this stamp means. In a nutshell, it means that even in the most fantastic of fantasy settings, the basics of real-world physics and mathematics are applicable. I believe that too many people forget about this because they take those rules for granted, but I for one try to stick to them.

You say your unicorns don't fall because they create solid rainbows underneath their hooves that allows them to walk in midair? Okay, but what happens if that rainbow is suddenly removed? *mischievous grin*

I hear you can test this in Scribblenauts. Not that I've ever played that game nor have any intentions of doing so. I'm just not a fan of sandbox games.

This stamp carries a similar message to an older stamp of mine.

"...even in the most fantastic of fantasy settings..."

That's why it's called fantasy

"even in the most fantastic of fantasy settings, the basics of real-world physics and mathematics are applicable."

Physics doesn't have to exist in Fantasy. Even an Unicorn can fly if it wants to.

All you have to do is believe ;n;

They still tend to apply anyways.

But...

believe

I'm a scientist. I believe nothing except that which I know to be fact.

Being a scientist doesn't mean you have to apply scientific theories in Fantasy.

How could science explain unicorns, fairies and solid rainbows? >:C

It very much could, if given the chance.

You're a monster ;A;

Why? Because I choose facts over imagination? Under that reasoning you condemn the whole of science and mathematics as the religion of monsters!

No, nothing falls off of cliffs in scribblenauts. They wrap around and walk the other way.

But if you move them off the cliff... they do fall. And die.

I'm sorry, I don't quite understand what you mean by that.

I'm sorry, would you mind explaining? I'm afraid I can't quite wrap my head around what you're talking about.

I agree, actually. Sherbie and Amaramis are classic examples of actually thinking through things. I'm actually thinking of putting something down listing her oddities; I put a lot of thought into them.
