Careful! This has sound in it!This was the final project for my largely useless 2D animation class. Just a very simple walk cycle, pose, and lip sync. The voice was provided by a friend-of-a-friend, only because I insisted on having a female voice actor.
If you're unaware: Xephalia is a martian, and she appears in my alternate comic, At the Heart of it All.

Lip sync
looks good!
Pose
It's great! although the character changes size (by a bit) at the end of the turn.
also, his left arm lowers too soon...
Walking
- the walking looks a bit too rigid...
- I think it needs just a little tiny bit of head bouncing, but that is just me.
-it's interesting that the tail, ears and antennas are moving... but not the scarf...
-having both feet on the same level can be confusing, it makes it hard to determinate which foot is which
but it still looks like walking!

I had to do a couple of turnarounds before this, so I had time to figure things out. It's nothing that can be explained, really.

Aww...I was looking forward to that.
Ahem. The pose and lip-sync were pretty awesome. His expression could have been a bit more intense and in motion during the lip-sync. But it's a lip-sync. Not a facial animation test.
The walk cycle however...Was a little less. Seemed just slightly too fast and slightly too slidey. Remember that when you walk your knees bend just a little more than you show here, and your whole body bobs up and down during the process, basically your head does "The Wave".
