Nice skin! Some colour themes should be nice. The only problem is when you got a folder on the toolbar (like the Quick Launch) if you choose to show the text or the title, it's unreadable because it's white on grey.

looks really nice! i'm using it right away!
i'd have 2 suggestions:
-> maybe use a darker colour (the blue is nice, the gray is a little bit to bright)
-> when using with FireFox the progress-bar during browsing is on the top side, kinda on the border, same goes for the icon on the left-down corner + text also ain't in the middle of that "browse-bar"
else it's a PHaT VS!

I do have one gripe. The active window color (the taskbar). It would look nicer (In my opinion) if it was just a darker beige.
