I... I dunno, it's like the Riddler went back to the 70s, met Andy Warholl and then fell in love with the era, and after coming back, he hired some women and then made these costumes.

I see the happenings going something like, Batman walking in while Eddy's measuring some women for the costumes. Batman, in his shock, isn't sure what he should be stopping, as Eddy realizes Batman is there and, after clearing his throat and checking his watch, he akwardly says to Batman, "Uhm, I didn't have you scheduled for another three hours."
