  If you had seen me drawing Stream around 2 years ago, and asked me about her, I would say 'She's insane.' and if you asked me why, I would shrug. 'She's me.'
  Yes, Stream used to be my catsona. I was having a rough time in 4th-5th grade, and my only outlet was art. It didn't help much, and I thought subconsciously I was, in fact, insane.
  But if you saw me today drawing her and asked, I would say 'Her name is Stream, and she's an insane dictator. Or... She's the ruler of a country.' Insane does not describe her as easily now that I think about it. But, it's fun to say: 'I'm voicing an insane dictator in my series' although neither of those words fit her.
  If you asked me why, I may pause. 'Her dad left her when she was little and gave her half-sisters. Her mom eventually found out and convinced her to shoot her dad, killing him'
  So maybe it's her dad's fault, for leaving a kit with a clearly crazy cat.
  Or maybe her mom's, for taking her anger of her husband out on her kit.
  Maybe... Stream's not insane. Maybe she liked other things not so crazy for her as for others.
  Maybe she's just as complicated as 11-year-old me.
  Hidden behind diagnosed like 'insane' or 'ADHD' is someone who doesn't fit in that lock. So those assumptions just don't line up with them, adding to the pile of words unable to describe them.
