They say a picture is worth a thousand words.
This, however, is its own tale. This right here is art at its best. Interpretation through image, you just feel it.

Extraordinary drawing... Definitely packs a powerful ancient Egyptian punch Anyways, I see that there are two (three?) constellations on the night sky that resembles Orion... Did you draw those based on the constellation's correlation with the Giza complex?
Really, thanks very much for sharing your drawing!

Thank you very much for your comment, actually, the stars were painted with absolute uncorrelation, but you make me think I could have been more precise about it, this would have been great !

I see... i really thought it's Orion (especially the one on top of the Pharaoh's head). The constellation at the right side of his head also quite similar to Canis Major near Orion, hence my conclusion But if it is, it'll be quite strange since the Orion's belt is missing its third star
It's a wonderful but perhaps fated coincidence

Magnifique!

Amazing colouring and shading. That's how the ancient Egypt and other cultures can be characterized: mysterious, beautiful and astonishing. I like mythology and the ancient because of that. Great overall idea. I take it to my fav's.

It is rare that I find myself completely clueless about a figure from any form of mythology, especially egyptian. Looking at this, I'm not only clueless, I'm awestruck.
