History:

Katy has been enslaved during her childhood, trained as a thief and occasional killer by her master who controlled her with a collar style device (at first she was supposed to be just hostage, but no one came to her rescue, again, cf her story for explanations).
She got saved from this life by Team 8 (Kiba, Shino, Hinata) and was adopted by Kiba's mother, Tsume. She has a link with big cats like the Inuzuka have with dogs and can shift to a panther form (but unlike them can't fusion with cats or combine her capacities with them), but doing so tends to make her regress to an almost animal state. She is quite gifted with seals and Ibiki has asked to train her as he recognized she had capacities that would make her useful in his team.

Weaknesses: she has a true phobia of being put in a cage, in jail again, to be again enslaved, she would rather kill herself than let it happen again. Indirectly, she hates to be restrained in any kind of way (even as a game). Her Gekkei Kekkai is also one of her weaknesses as the longer she uses it, the more unreliable she becomes, and she has no one to teach her how to control/ develop it. She can shifts for short periods of times, but the longer she stays, the more animal she becomes. When she was found by the team 8, she had been forced to spend a period so long in animal forme she was barely able to act human and she has lost almost all her memories of her childhood.
She is also quite bad with illusions techniques.

Strength: She is able to call on claws on both her hands and feet and uses those in fight, a style very unusual that gives her a good advantage in close combat. She also has a very good sense of smell and a great eyesight (can see in almost full darkness like a cat) and can move perfectly silently.
She is a skilled poisoner and takes great pride in her ability to mix even the hardest/ most dangerous products easily, even if the fact she never showed any interests in healing products (except antidotes and such) has quite disappointed the Lady Tsunade and is cause of some frictions between her and Sakura (but not too much, mainly just mutual incomprehension)

Katy is very honest and will even seem blunt sometimes as she tends to speak her mind. She is also quite potty mouthed and the angrier/ more annoyed she is, the cruder she will speak. Hinata does her best to curb this habit and Katy tends to rein in her language when her friend is here.
She is optimistic and likes to joke, but she also has a mean streak on her which can lead to snarky remarks.
She is very conscious of the fact she isn't the smartest person and that she sometimes tend to be over reactive, so when with friends or people she trusts, she will never try to take the lead, she knows she hasn't the capacities to be a good chief. She is perfectly ok with Anko being the leader of their team, and being the youngest member of Ibiki's staff.

One of the reasons Neji and her don't go along very well is that she is ferociously opposed to any form of constraints: she has tried several times to convince him to break his seal, going against all the Hyuuga clan's rules.
She is very curious, maybe a tad too much, and will sometimes take risks to satisfy this curiosity.
She is very ferocious in battle, even tending to sadistic, and has to fight her instinct sometimes to not tear in the flesh of her opponents with her teeth, but she will lick their blood on her blades or claws with delight.
Anyone who threatens her family, her friends, or even anyone she cares for to a bigger or lesser extent (up to the village as she considers it her home since she has been saved by Konoha) will be methodically hunted, tracked, and dispatched. She doesn't forgive easily and tends to hold grudges.
She is quite conscious of the fact she has troubles with her attitude and tries very hard to curb it but it's not always easy on her.
She is also conscious she isn't the smartest person on her team and wonn't try to be the leader among people she knows and respects. Among unknows ninjas she will wait to see and then act.
She loves her family, and the whole of team eight, in different ways.
Kiba is like a brother to her, and they tend to be quite a handful when together much to Tsume's dismay. They spend a lot of times together, training with Akamaru and Mikomi.
Hinata. She loves her, she considers her her savior. She would die for her, gladly, and would even go against the whole Hyuuga clan if she thought it could help her friend. As she says, Hinata is a diamond in a flower, the light on the dark side of her, the one that stops her for becoming too much a beast. She is very conscious of the fact that Hinata doesn't love her the way she does but is ok with it.
Shino. She loves him too, dearly. He calms her, protects her. They don't need to speak when together, a look, a touch is enough for them to understand each other perfectly (making them a very good spying team but annoying their comrades to no end as they can stay silent for hours, if not days).

Maniacally clean, she can spent hours tidying her place, dusting, waxing floors and such while listening to music.
She dislikes shopping but loves pretty things to decorate her home, she goes very regularly to Ino's shop to buy flowers. She has a small (and growing) collection of painting and bronze sculptures she is quite proud of.  She also has two separate dressing rooms: one with all her missions/ training stuff and a whole bunch of much more girly clothes (she likes to be in skirt or dress) for when she isn't in mission. She is a flirting girl and loves to go out with Anko after or in between missions to have fun, drink, and dance.

She hates when people come to her place uninvited and in fact, doesn't invite many people there, only her closest friends and family.

Random facts:

She purrs when she is very happy or relaxed.

She is quite conscious of the fact she is probably one of the last of her clan and find it hard sometimes to know so little about her origins.

She is also self conscious of her teeth, which are very cat like, long, curved, not human looking at all, and the fact that the whole of the Inuzuka's family have predator teeth too (even if it's to a lesser extent than her) help her relax about it.

She has a quite high sexual drive (again, cf the Tsukuineko clan sheet for explanations) and tend to enjoy light BDSM foreplay with her panther side is expressing itself. She is quite straightforward about it and doesn't really care of what people think about it, she separates very easily the physicals urges and the feelings. Her relationship with Ibiki is mainly physical (even if she does care for him a lot), while she has deep love feelings for Shino.

She has a lot of money: when she got saved by team 8, she went to get the money her former master had accumulated along the years a brought it back to Konoha. She doesn't really care for the money in itself, but appreciate to be able to make gifts to friends or to herself.

After a narrowly avoided incident with Pakkun(she mistook him for some kind of obese brown rabbit when she was hunting in her panther form, only for a couple seconds but still), Kakashi's dogs are very wary of her. She did apologize, though, but Pakkun was very very offended.
