Kenji Kenzai was once one of Oda Nobunaga's generals where his powers as a demigod wielding the powers of lightning earned him a position of high power. But when his master was killed and he was set on a warpath to destroy the Elder Gods who took everything from him, Kenji began a pursuit of power to see his goals realized. Years later, after Billy Batson's death at the hands of Superman for questioning his One Earth Regime, Black Adam sought to fill the empty seat on the Council of Wizards. And in Kenji, he found a lust for power and control that aligned with his vision so he took the demigod under his wing and gifted him the Word of Power to inherit the mantle of Shazam. With his newfound power, Kenji entered a tournament hosted by the Old Gods to announce his existence and declare war, declaring himself the Lightning God Emperor Susano'o. But how will the new god take to the new Superman, Sparga? Will he be friend, or foe?

This was a badass character to create and I love creating these characters cuz my longtime friend Shou creates such memorable and incredible looking characters. I'm really proud of how the colors came out on him and the way the lightning crackling in his hands helps light his front. I took a lot of inspiration from Raiden of Mortal Kombat for the pose and I think it shows. I hope you guys like it!
