"This place looks kinda dangerous..." Lisa half-whispered while she stared down the dark passageway. Sunlight streamed through vents in the roof, illuminating the tracks.

"Oh come on! Don't be a stick in the mud!" Miles yelled. He jumped and spun in a circle like his usual excitable self. His smile brightens up the room, and that's why Lisa is so unbearably in love with him. His eyes shine brighter than the sun and when he laughed the dark skies cleared. Well, at least that's what it feels like to Lisa. Miles is always happy and always brave.

But everyone knows brave is a kinder word for stupid.

"This place is really cool!" cried Dana. And it kinda was. "Follow the yellow brick road!"

So, the group set out on an adventure through the dark and perilous train station, passing landmarks such as empty Doritos bags and a dead rat, squished, probably under a train. These six high school juniors make exploring America seem easy. They make bravery and trust seem like child's play.

"Guys.." Lisa said, but everyone was laughing and carrying on. "Guys light is coming around the corner..." but to no avail. "A trains coming!" was obviously her last attempt to catch their attention, and thank God it worked. They looked up to see a bright light blinding them. But the problem was..which of the two train tracks was it on? Where do they jump?

The light is getting closer.
