drew it today (thank you early dismissal!) for my sister

this is my Oc Haruka falling after jumping off a building to avoid capture, a soldier on a balcony sees him and tries to catch him with rope so Haruka won't escape (he'll slow his fall down with the little telekinesis he has). Haruka seeing the rope coming towards him and dodges.
