Just a little story to go with this picture:Ruby has made W.C.B. (or Wind Control Box) and sits in the seat. She straps herself into the seat, to prevent her from being blown away. But then the machine blown a fuse, and now she can't get out off the seat, but the increase of the wind engine is her stretched (literally since she is elastic). She wonders if her mom or her friends come and free her from her own invention.

That's the exact opposite of the purpose a fuse is supposed to serve. I don't think Ruby understands electronics very well.
