Quick and easy one. I sort of think of the tiny man as being employed by the golf course as a self-moving tee. A great feature for those who play mini golf at this course, but a pretty dangerous gig for the tiny person. However, it's hard to find work if you're a shrunken man and so he's probably grateful to be employed at all. I can image him looking at the camera and saying "it's a living!" like on the Flintstones.
