Mechanical Pencil, Pen, and Copic Marker on Paper

1.) I have always loved the Japanese rising sun as a visual element.

2.) I like trying to draw people.

This is what i ended up with. Messed up the sun's rays and obviously didn't finish doing up the clothes. i will try and finish this somewhere down the line. Wouldn't mind refining the idea and making this a graphic T, but i'm not sure if that somehow glorifies war.... Especially for the side that was against us. Then again, i could be thinking way too much about this...
