Updated ref of one of my OC's, name change from Shanyu to Xinyu!
A Chinese Dragon fortune teller who gave up their divinity and draconic form to learn how to see the future and change their fate. Now an imperial diviner, they're researching into how to regain their draconic form and possibly divinity as well.
