Description
A silent cry rings out, desperate to be heardIt fades away in the chaos of a thousand empty words
Would you hear these pleas of mercy?
They are begging to be received
Or will your eyes look to ignorance,
And see the empty bliss instead?

Is it just me or should people focus more on the poem and less on the punctuation?
Anyway, I like this poem a lot. It seems really sad to me, and (as would be expected in most cases for most people) I can also easily come up with how it could relate to my whole situation, though I'd rather not get into specifics on a publically visible comment
Either way, it's a good poem

Flawed logic. You're presuming those 100 people won't agree.
That aside, I'd use commas at the ends of the first two lines, as well as the fourth.
