Right, this is a samurize script which I'm using myself. It's working on the latest version v1.61 (at the moment), and it comes as a .sam file.
It comes with a 1024, 1280 and a 1600 version.

It's very simple, and it slides into show when you put your mouse near the bottom of the screen, and goes away when you move the mouse about 10px above the config, or select another app, hence the name. This probly isn't very original, but what the hell. If it's really similar to something, then let me know and i'll get back to you (so i don't get accused of ripping).

The image shows you what it's like, but its very jumpy, unlike the actual config which is smooooooth....
