I have one thats in the process of being re-skinned that I made. I have no idea if its been made otherwise, but when I find my camera I can post a pic or two for you.

Thank you! Feel free to modify it as you see fit, at the time it wasnt a fully refined design. I suppose it would work equally well with pool noodle and rope for a lightweight tail as well.
