Rita Farr is the Co-Leader of Doom Patrol and wife to Mento. In the 1960's, she was once a movie star. She was in the African Jungles to film a Tarzan movie but when a rapey director who well stripped her bare, she ran from him and fell into a weird glowing pond. In it, her skin started to melt and she had learned she can use it to stretch herself. She would use this as her way of staying beautiful. She went to stay at The Chief's home and met Mento and Negative Man as she stayed to be a part of that family. In the future, she would use the Chief's home as a Hero/Metahuman Therapy Center. But the Doom Patrol was no more.

Yes she is modelled after Elasti-Girl (Helen Parr) from The Incredibles Franchise because that is where her name came from so why not. She also has an ascot.
