A lot here looks pretty thumbs-up. But, Cream's smile seems a little long. Her dress doesn't fill her body right - some areas are filled and others are chopped off.
The lineart is great Sonic style.

Well, not really a BIG one, but I enjoyed the old series and the Sonic Adventure & Advance video games. But, anyone who looks at your drawings doesn't even have to be a Sonic fan to like them, because they're so well done! You can probably convert people to Sonic with them!
