I don't support violence, what with me being pacifistic, but, hell...You have the right to say whatever you want, but you have to expect to get the exact same thing right the hell back.
I firmly believe that either you are for complete equal rights, or you are a bigot; but when you are being openly hateful or violent, you deserve exactly what you get back.

They just "can't be happy" because they idolize their body or "sexuality" too an unhealthy degree.
At best it attracts narcissists (this one dude who walks around in a dress I used to know; no one's born needing to wear a dress. That's purposefully defying social norms for attention, a little unreasonable to blow up when people question it?), at worst, it just leaves people unhappy after they get a surgery to mutilate their body and still aren't fulfilled (because no one needs to obsess over their body that much, it's materialistic).
