My absolute FIRST shot with the rebel. I couldn't resist doing some selective post-processing blurring.Amazing bright blue eyes and a great smile. Love her.

that. is a wonderful shot. the blurring of the background against the sharpness of the feature... that's just.... perfect. like, actual photo content is "meh" for me, but the precision of this shot... phenomenal

cheat? it isn't cheating... it's creating. it's your photo to mess with. i still think the contrast between the sharpness and that not-overdone blurr is just... outstanding. quite profound to the eyes.
