Brian Fallon from The Gaslight Anthem. It's five layers (six including the lettering), 80x60cm, on canvas. Because I'm alarming unskilled in this area it took about five lifetimes to cut all the stencils, fuck it up, cut them again and then finally spray it. I told my girlfriend that no matter how long it took, it wouldn't be worth it in the end. I can now say with unwavering certainty that I was 100% spot on with that prediction. I did learn a couple of things though. One, 3M re-positional adhesive is about as re-positional as Stonehenge. And two, masking fluid is a dog-shit solution to small islands in stencils. Looks Ok from six feet away. Looks like I did the whole thing wearing oven gloves close up. Time wasted. Lessons learned.
