Is the long exposure and are the scratches aftereffects or actually a real part of the picture?
It really adds some kind of vintage-feel.

They were after effects. I took the picture with a self-timer app on an iphone and used another app to add the effects. Photography really isn't thing, but I needed a profile picture.
