heyyy, I know you'll maybe say no (okay yeah probably) but here's a go anyway.
I extremely love this design, and I was wondering if I could make my own cat of this species, buuut I don't know if this is a closed species, or if it's yours, or your still deciding about it. Or I was thinking of making my own species because I liked this design so much, but i'm afraid people will accuse me of copying.

Yeah my dude go ahead, honestly thinking of going for a different background for her as a character instead of this, cause it feels like a limited cat version of Wings of Fire. Go for it!

truuuu like they're are so many myths and legends about sirens/mermaids in different areas of culture and ir's rlly crazy how different each can be! I was in love with the concept of a siren/wolf boi but i never rlly had the time to make him ^-^ nor the skill... I'll get there eventually tho!! But I rlly like your idea on the different form concept, and how they tie with emotions and such. It's rlly refreshing!
