And so, without any delay, here are the answers:

From left to right, it's the salamander, the shark, and the frog.

Seems like a few people understandably thought the left guy was the gator; after all, he has a similar color scheme and hair style. But nope, he's the salamander. I'd tell you a few clues on how to easily identify them (at least in my opinion), but there are still three more characters to go, plus there are some anthro members of the crew who haven't even been introduced properly yet.
