this is my paw patrol oc "splash", or me as a merpup, "splash" isn't really my real name by the way. he's not a female character, he wanted a make over to look beautiful as coral and likes to feel girly to impress skye and coral (just don't poke fun at him the way he looks), and no, his appearance wasn't always like this. he loves being a merpup and loves living his happy life underwater with the merpup family in puplantis after he got tired of getting bullied and harrased by anyone. and let's be for real, we really wanna be a merpup real badly than a human aren't we?
