Another self portrait, egocentric of me perhaps, but I hadn't anyone else to draw. So, funny thing: this is actually a drawing of my reflection in a silver platter... my head on a silver platter, ha ha...This is a good, albeit non-flattering (according to my mother), likeness.

Isn't that odd? I can't ever seem to make drawings look like myself, either. Maybe we should draw eachother.

I don't think I was too far off this time...
You can draw me anytime and I would try to draw you, but I'm not sure I could capture all that personality on one piece of paper... it would be easier with paint.

Very different from the previous one. Also expressive, that's for sure, but this one expresses sth else - focus, tension. Down, your hair mixes a bit with your neck. Maybe you should differ a bit more skin and hair. I don't know, that's just a hint, maybe even wrong one.

I appreciate that. Yeah, I wasn't very happy with the left (in the drawing) side of the face... it definately needs some work.

I like it, there is a good use of lights and darks co-mingled here, this is natural looking rather than looking like a plastic doll ^__^
