Yeah... the face I can never seem to get right is my own... This is as close as I've ever managed to get, and it's pretty close, but not quite perfect.(charcoal and conte on tinted paper)

Very nice shading and you have caught her eyes perfectly. Good job! Of course, if I were you, I would add more colour on t-shirt, maybe more of white pencil. But then it would take the attention from face... No, then it's not good.

I was debating puting more into the shirt, so your point is well taken, but I decided not to because I wanted the eyes to catch more attention...
