A grand action scene! Flying bullets! Rubber meeting the road! And a car full of vicious villains in hot pursuit of two ducks on a motorbike... no, wait, this just sounds utterly wrong when you write it like that.
Anyway, I wanted to do a big action shot for some time now and found that Kara needed a chance to show her Avian Avenger to be quite a match for the Fearsome Five... even though she usually never uses a gun.
And no... I have no idea what Drake is saying.
Probably he proposes to have a short rest at the Lace & Doily Society (*points to the billboard on the right building*) for a quick cup of tea. But perhaps your ideas are more enlightening... dare to caption it!

Anyway, I REALLLLY love how it looks, especially Darkwing, and Kara, and QJ, and Negs, and Bushroot(who for some reason has me thinkin' of grand theft auto... hehe, Grand Theft Bushroot....), and the vehicles, and the background! That about everything?
There's just... one thing that bothers me. From the way the bazooka's pointed, and the angle of the bullets, they look to me like they should be going through DW's cape. Maybe that's just my mind bein' weird, I dunno. Not a big deal.
And as for captions, a couple popped to my head just lookin' at it. 
"Eh, you could've just got in the sidecar. That's usually where my compatriots sit."
"Hey, I'm the one with the gun experience, maybe we should switch places?"
"Ya know, I've been to that place before. It's not nearly as relaxing as they advertise."
"Gangsta style! All right!!!"
"Soo, about tomorrow at the Muddlefoots..."
And my favorite:
"This a bad time to mention I'm out of gas canisters?"

Well, he DOES fight them on a regular basis, so I'll bet chase scenes like this are routine to him by now.
Yeah, it's just I think they need to be faced more towards the front, almost like they're headed in the viewer's direction, if they're going in front of the motorcycle. Right now it looks like they're going to exit, stage left.
