Here is constable Joey from the Railway's Inspector's unit and an old friend of Donald and Douglas back on the Caledonian Railway. Once an engine that had a streak of bad luck, he now works as a strict but fair cop on Sodor that gives the engines some helpful and honest advice when needed.
