Description
Not that long ago I watched "The Babadook" and I can't deny this was influenced by the movie. But after watching it I did a little bit of reading about the bogeyman and sleep paralysis. How many people who have experienced a paralysis also said they have seen a person in the room looking at them.
Now that's interesting.
Is there some mechanism in the brain triggering the illusion of a person during a sleep paralysis? Or is there some unknown entity visiting people at night?
Creeps me out...
