I did the whole picture in a game mod called Garrys Mod, which is basically a sandbox game. So I had to create the people, guns, and table and all that stuff, then I had to spray blood on the walls by shooting game characters at a certain position. The blood comes from a different mod though, but anyway, I had to place the ragdolls in the chair and I tried to match them up to the photo of the 4 guys playing mah jong as best as I could.
Couldnt get a mah jong table though...and the blood marks don't show up on the ragdolls faces when a light is placed on them, so the resulting picture had to do because I really liked the dark room with a light placed only on them.

Garrys Mod is a mod for Half-Life 2. It lets you mess around with a bunch of stuff from the game. I think it took me about 20 minutes to do all of it.
