Yes. it's the famous scene from "Tails' New Home". took the screen shot from a Youtube clip, and traced it in Photoshop. Altered Sonic's facial expression abit too.Related content

That entire episode was hilarious. There were so many great facial expressions/poses/scenes
I still crack up everytime I see Robotnik staring in shock at his computer monitor (or whatever that thing was) with his mouth agape.

I've alweays found it rather strange, though, that this Episode is rarely ever been Youtube Poop'd. I understand Youtube Poop isn't exactly everyones taste, but a Poop Version of this episode would be incredibly funny if done right in my opinion. I've often considered doing it myself at a few points... Eh, but enough with the rambling.
I still say this part was the funniest, if you ask me, purely because of the COMPLETELY NOT NEEDED Facial expression, as seen here. The flashback sequence was fairly warming, as well.
