You need a premium membership to use journal skins.NOTE: Since dA canged the way journals work, the titles are now links and so the colour code for it doesn't work anymore. So the title is not of the same colour as in this picture, but will be a dark shade of green/blue.
This is a very simple journal skin. You're welcome to change the fonts/colours/sizes of the text if you want to, as long as you don't modify the background picture. It is a picture of a wall at my grandparents' house, and I took it so please do not use the background picture for other purposes without my consent.
The footer will not always match the background above it but I think it still looks good so I hope you don't mind (: It's basically impossible to make them match without resorting to a scrollbar.
Note: The links in the header are for my page at the moment! Remember to replace the URLs so they link to your pages! (:
NOTE! Works best when the mood/eating/drinking/etc info is shown at the bottom of the page.

I always prefer when people ask first but it's fine. I believe the code I was using was for everyone to use anyway, I don't think I made any major changes in it myself (except for the colours and the backgrounds of course) (:

What kind of edit were you thinking of? The description says "You're welcome to change the fonts/colours/sizes of the text if you want to, as long as you don't modify the background picture" so if the changes fall into those categories, then it's fine, but please do not edit the background picture/header in any way (size or colour)

Hmm, well I'd rather you didn't. I'm fine with smaller modifications, but in the end the base and the code are mine and people who see the modified skin won't know what the original one is like if things have been added to the code (: (Sorry it took me so long to reply!)
