Description Original base by InuKawiiLover

This is the second evolutionary stage of Veil. I call this stage "Gilded Pupitar"

His shell is made of gilded gold, which makes it unusually shiny- thus it attracts a lot of unwanted attention. The shell is denser (heavier), and thus much stronger than that of a normal Pupitar. He aslo sports a pair of mechanical arms, these arms are used for self defense, and for travel- he can walk on them. Like a normal Pupitar, he can release pressurized air to launch himself at foes- but, by controlling the strength of the air blasts, he can move almost as if he is surfing on land.

Just like the previous stage, he cannot eat- nor can he talk.

The arms are through tissues located in their centers, these tissues connect to his developing android body. As he nears his final evolutionary stage, he gradually looses the ability to move the arms. When he completely looses the ability to move his mechanical arms, he evolves.

Anyways, great job on the arms, I hope it wasn't too much trouble to put on, though I must ask, whay program did you use to design him? Its really good ant theres no coloring that gous out of the lines.

Looking forward to the next evolutuionj!

Well, I've been going to InuKawaiiLover to get the linearts I need, because I cant do jack without a starting base. Then, I edit the base down to only 1 line (check the linearts and they consist of 3), and I save the lineart as a permanent base for future use.

Then, I copy paste the base onto another page, and further edit it from there.

All of this is done in paint. Takes between 6-9 hours just to get the original base to my liking, and another 3-7 to do the desired picture, depending on how long it takes me to get certain "elements" to my liking.

So, I can guarantee you, I put a LOT of effort into my pictures.
