So thanks to =lizziecat1279 's suggestions I've come up with his name! C:
Going with the court theme, the name that fits him best is The Informant.
For a nickname, she suggested Lit. Lit has a lot of different meanings here, Lizzie's being that Lit = Light and an Informant in a case kind of sheds light on a situation. This also goes with his starstrewn markings which would shine and spread light, as stars do.
Lit also makes me think of Literature. His sister, Ophelia, has the name of a character from Hamlet, an important(not to mention fantastic) literature work by Shakespeare. So for these reasons, his nickname will be Lit.
This means he is The Informant; "Lit." <3

Once again I'm stuck on court names and nicknames for this guy.
For the court related names these are the ones I'm considering for him:
The Tipstaff
The Informant
The Witness
I also need nickname suggestions for him. The Judge is "Bullet," The Attorney is "Soul," and The Executioner is "Chai," so something simple yet fitting. It can be a noun like bullet or it can be a real name like AJ or something. ouo <3 Just putting it out there for people. xD;

my spitfire response for nickname was "Hamlet" to match with Ophelia but I don't think it fits at all and I'm just stupid |D
I like the sound of "Sky" it just seems to fit with Bullet and Soul QuQ

Here's a thought. I could go with either The Informant or The Witness and call him Ghost, because one of Hamlet's main characters was The Ghost and Othelia and yeah |D I dunno if Ghost fits him though I think ghost I think white and grey and eerie shades of green xD;

She's not named off of the character in Hamlet, just saying XD I simply thought Hamlet because that's the most well known Ophelia, don't go out of your way trying to make a connection to it orz

there really is no reason, I got the sudden urge to name something Ophelia and have been clinging to the name since then, when I saw my gorgeous baby she was perfect for the name ;u;
but yah, I have been really fond of the names Blaise and Ophelia (which is why I named Pendragon's daughter Blaise C: )
