I love snow! Well, I love looking at snow. But I prefer not to romp around in it. I like the look of sun glinting off fresh snow more than freezing my butt off to play in it.

I'm okay to play in it, if that's what I want to do (quadding in the snow is so much fun!) but I detest getting up in the morning and having to unbury my vehicle if I want to go anywhere. XD

Ah, that's true. In middle school I had to walk down a giant hill to get to my bus stop at 6:50 in the morning, but the people on the hill never scraped the sidewalk. At the top it was perfectly scraped, toward the middle there was a very thin path where you felt like you were walking on a tightrope, then it got to a narrow path with ice on the bottom because they didn't scrape well enough, and the people at the bottom were the worst. Part of their house was at the bottom of the hill, and part on the hill, so they scraped in front of their driveway but left the area right where I had to walk to the bus full of snow. And walking home up that hill was worse. People in my neighborhood don't know how to deal with snow.

My city is serious about snow, but that doesn't stop the crazy drivers. XD And I prefer it if they don't plow our street because it creates big snow walls in my parking spot. D:

Ah. We only got snow bad enough to do that during Snowmageddon XD What ends up happening with us is that each neighbor chooses a stretch of street they're near and shovels it. By the time any legitimate plow comes we've already got the streets in good enough condition to drive on.

Something we prissy Virginians don't feel we need. When we get snow it's like a whole new world for us. Schools close, people hole up at home, and we haven't stocked up on firewood or winter tires XD
