There's a curious purple haze drifting in the air behind you. It's dark, and you can't see the source of the haze. As you watch it, mesmerized, a smile appears, almost a Cheshire smile, followed by a pair of unmoving eyes. You are caught in its gaze and almost miss the claws reaching out of the darkness to swipe at you. You duck and see more eyes in the shadows - more than you think a creature should have. But a pair of them looks kinda... odd.
