I have no idea why I named this, "Frightening Femininity". Her expression sort of is frightening-or it at least would scare me.

I thought I'd try Harvest Moon fanart but Hometown Story style. HTS is in the HM universe like Rune Factory but not as popular. Probably because of the shitty art, the difficulty in getting married (but the focus is more on friendship anyways...) and the impossible-to-trigger-on-purpose cutscenes.

She is not a bachelorette (There are only 3) but she comes out in the rain. (Hence: "Ame ga suki?"= Do you like rain?") I haven't played in a week. I don't remember exactly how she talks (politely or causally) so I just left the text in short form. I like her but man does she look like shit in the game. Which is strange since Atsuko Nishida was the character designer. She is responsible for a lot of the Pokemon designs and illustrations for the trading cards.

Either way, Yui isn't actually creepy in the way I was trying to portray her. She talks-just not that much but she is kind. I drew the expression and had to fill in the character. I tried to do something new with the coloring. I was using the airbrush at first but decided just to use the ink brush and make hatches.

The background was just simple to do. I thank the cubism filter.
