Well, my first posty dude. This is a piece i did a hella long time ago. She's a young shrine maden named Himiko. She's for a story I'm doing about a school girl named Angela (who should be up here soon) who transferred to Japan because of her father's job. Himiko's her best friend and her father runs a shrine in Aomori.It's a real old drawing (and I'm talking a year or so old) but i still like it. Turned out pretty well, ne?

Hey! She ain't no helmet-head! (They were fun...) The bells are the cutest things in the world, the window is hilarious (is it a window or the Chinese character for 'sun'?), I'm in love with the hair, and the eyes are, as usual the biggest things in the world. (You see? Same person off or online.) Anyway, wonderful job on your 'first posty thingy', whatever that means.
I'll probably be banned from the network for being the wiseass I am. Bleh.

You know I can't use a ruler! Remember in math when we were drawing those arrows you and Bea didn' t let me touch them cuz they would be uneven? I wasn't even aloud to tuch 'em! I had to color them with that stinky marker that smelled like millipeades!

Haha! I remember those! I just hope you know that I still wouldn't let you draw a math arrow. Now, now, don't hurt the marker's feelings... you might need him for a next deviation. ^o^

this is good, shadings and details...its all there. I also like the desing on the character. there is no mistake that you can draw so keep up with the good work.
