"Troubled Mind"
I finished this page using my new computer that I ordered last week and got today! I love it. It's a Toshiba Portege M400. It allows me to draw with a wacom style pen right on the screen and turn the laptop into a tablet. It's also twice as fast as my old computer, so now I'm no longer waiting for Flash to do things when I go into nested symbols/groups to make new drawings or tweaks.
As for Milo, that dream of his is stirring up some troubling thoughts that he has had lately, but doesn't want anyone to know. Ma will be insistent on getting to the bottom of what is troubling her son.

Milo's expression in panel, 1, 3, and 5 are very well done.
I also like the pacing of the panel, between son, mother and Pa.

Thanks. That's one of the things I wanted to improve upon in the graphic novel. I tend to dwell too long on certain things. Chapter 2 (animated) was an example of that.

It's a slimmed down version of the Dreamworks face.

Oh yeah "The rise of the eyebrow" Disney got so sick of Dreamworks ripping off their movies they used the eyebrow thing for "Tangled"

I saw that expression on all the characters of "Tangled"'s pormotional stuff. I believe Glenn Kean had a big hand in the design of those characters and when I saw this original sketches with the Dreamworks face on it, I thought to myself, "Glenn! You should know better than to overuse that!" Hehe.
