I like the composition. It is very edge oriented, but not so much that it makes the viewer uncomfortable.

I could see this photograph working very well in black and white, the tones would help the eerie feel to the decaying wood, and it would not be that much of a shift from the colors that are already there.

Thanks for the comment. The colors...hm, actually I like them, especially the soft creamy touch on the wood. But it seems that some people are irritated by the strong green of the lamp.

Du musst so ein wahnsinnig gut ausgeprägtes Photographisches Auge haben :>
erhlich, wie man aus so etwas simplen eine so tolle Komposition zaubern kann.. beeindruckend
Gefällt mir sehr gut.
Das verrottete weiß und die durch die rostigen Nägel gesetzten kleinen Farbakzente und die grüne Lampe als Kontrast - einfach gut.

Nana, mal nicht gleich übertreiben. Man muss halt nur immer die Augen offenhalten, dann finden sich mehr Motive schon im näheren Umfeld, als man denkt. Wobei sowas auch immer ne Geschmacksfrage ist. Aber ich freu mich natürlich, wenn dir das Foto gefällt.
